Shaped in line with international standards, our sustainability journey has grown stronger over the years through the steps we have taken and the practices we have implemented, continuing to develop day by day.

2013

  • We signed the Customs Brokerage Professional Ethics Standards prepared by the Ethics and Reputation Society of Türkiye (TEİD).
  • In the same year, we became one of the founding members of the Working Group on Combating Corruption in Customs and obtained membership in the Ethics and Reputation Society of Türkiye (TEİD).
  • We established an Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) in accordance with international standards.

2014

  • We participated in the UN Global Compact 10th Principle Anniversary Event, held in New York.
  • In addition, a TRACE International Due Diligence audit, covering ethics, compliance, reputation, and anti-corruption practices, was initiated.

2015

  • We successfully completed the training and audit processes of TRACE International and obtained the TRACE Certification.

2016

  • Within the scope of the B20 “Guide on Combating Corruption through Collective Action in Customs”, our experience titled “Creating a Culture of Ethics and Transparency” was featured in the Regional Report on Ethics and Integrity in Business in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD – Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia).

2017

  • By a resolution of the Board of Directors, our Ethics Committee was established, and our ethical policy framework was created and integrated into our business processes through the Code of Business Ethics.
  • We signed the United Nations Global Compact (UN Global Compact).
  • We obtained the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System Certificate.

2018

  • We published our first Communication on Progress (CoP) report within the scope of the United Nations Global Compact.

2019

  • By achieving the Silver level in the EcoVadis Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assessment, our sustainability and responsible business performance was documented at an international level.

2020

  • Within the scope of the Young Sherpa Young Talent Management program, which we launched in line with our future vision, we employed 18 young talents following fully digital evaluation processes.

2022

  • We were featured as “An Example from Türkiye Against Foreseen Risks” in the OECD’s updated report published in 2022.

2023

  • We became a member of the United Nations Global Compact Network Türkiye Association and took part in the Audit Committee.

2024

  • By signing the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) of the United Nations, we reaffirmed our commitment to strengthening the role of women in business and society.
  • In line with our gender equality approach, the proportion of women in management reached 36.9%, while the representation of women in senior management increased to 25%.
  • Through the Autonomous Global Single Window (AGSW) solutions developed in cooperation with ATEZ Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş., we took leading steps in the field of sustainable customs technologies by digitalizing customs processes in a transparent, environmentally responsible, and fully regulation-compliant manner.
  • We prepared our Sustainability Statement, Sustainability Policy and Sustainability Strategy.
  • By establishing the Sustainability Committee and Working Group, we defined the Committee’s Duties and Rules of Procedure and structured our sustainability governance framework.
  • We reviewed and restructured our Environmental Policy, Environmental Management Procedure and Environmental Risk Assessment practices and established our Environmental Committee.
  • We became a member of the Business World and Sustainable Development Association (SKD Türkiye).

2025

  • We established the Diversity and Inclusion Working Group and the Digital Transformation Working Groups under the Sustainability Committee.
  • By preparing the Diversity and Inclusion Guide and the Inclusive Language Guide, we strengthened our inclusive corporate culture approach.
  • We updated our Fundamental Business Ethics Principles and Code of Conduct, Compliance Policy, and all supporting policies.
  • We updated our Third-Party Relations Principles and Rules and our Sustainable Supply Chain Policy.
  • We published our first Carbon Emissions Report.
