In order to institutionalize sustainability governance within DCS, a Sustainability Committee and Working Group reporting to the Board of Directors were established in 2024. In parallel, an Environmental Committee was also formed. Composed of representatives from diverse areas of expertise, the Committee adopts an interdisciplinary approach to decision-making processes.

Within this framework, the sustainability approach is addressed through a holistic governance model covering all stages—from preventive practices and ongoing operations to development and improvement initiatives, as well as stakeholder communication processes—and is continuously enhanced.

As of 2025, Diversity and Inclusion and Digital Transformation Working Groups have been established under the Sustainability Committee. These sub-working groups support the implementation of sustainability objectives across their respective thematic areas.

The Sustainability Committee conducts annual assessments of sustainability performance, reviews ESG-related risks, and regularly informs the Board of Directors through Progress Reports (Communication on Progress – CoP) and meeting minutes.

The corporate ownership of the sustainability governance system is carried out by the Sustainability and Compliance Directorate.
