Digital Customs Services has been founded as Dinamik Gümrük Müşavirliği Co. in 1999.
Güler Gümrük Müşavirliği Co. was established.
Dinamik Gümrük Müşavirliği Co. merged with Güler Gümrük Müşavirliği, forming GULER DINAMIK GÜMRÜK MÜŞAVİRLİĞİ.
DCS signs “Customs Consultants Professional Ethics Standards” prepared by TEID (Turkish Ethics and Reputation Society), the company management takes part in Anticorruption Working Group in Customs as founding members and DCS becomes a member of TEID later in the same year.
DCS assumes the task “Customs Solution Partner” at the TIMAKADEMI 2023 organisation initiated by Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) to shape the strategy, vision and objective of exporting companies, in line with Turkey’s 2023 export target of 500$ billion.
DCS participates in the UN Global 10th Principle Anniversary Event and creates the Company Code of Ethics and Business Conduct in the same year.
DCS becomes the sponsor of the Ethics Summit Event “Ideals and Realities.”
DCS sponsors the “Turkish – British Textile Sector Seminar and Meeting” and makes a presentation about the “Turkish Customs System and Textile” at the event co-organised by TGSD (Turkish Clothing Manufacturers’ Association and BCCT (British Chamber of Commerce in Turkey) in London.
DCS successfully passes the audit of TRACE International and receives the TRACE Certificate.
US Commercial Service, an American corporation, recommends DCS as a customs consultancy supplier in Business Services in Turkey.
OECD selects DCS as an example case as part of “B20 Collective Action Plan for Customs Anti-Corruption Guidelines.” 26 members of OECD Anti-Corruption Network for Central Asia & Eastern Europe handles the evaluation and selection process. OECD publishes “Guler Dinamik Experience” as “Business Integrity in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, OECD Regional Report Success Story”
DCS signs United Nations Global Compact as a global citizen.

DCS cooperates with ATEZ Software Technologies Inc., which carries out groundbreaking activities in the sector by keeping up with digital transformation and using next-generation technologies in cross-border trade.
Atez provides its services with an approach consisting entirely of next generation technologies in order to integrate the supply chain, production, and logistics with customs clearance with the software developed specifically for the cross-border movement of goods, customs regimes with economic impact, ERP integrations, finance and accounting, horizontal, and vertical integrations and reporting solutions.
DCS publishes the first Communication on Progress Report (COP) as a guarantee to its commitment to the UN Global Compact.
At the Think Istanbul Summit, in the axis of success stories that make a difference. Dr. Kenan GÜLER – Chairman of the Board – explains the first and only national blockchain software of our country in its field.
Atez Software Technologies is approved as a R&D centre.
Blockchain Trade Platform enters the radar of the EU Blockchain Observatory and Forum and finds itself a place in World Blockchain Initiatives map.
The pilot project of transporting the Chemical Weapons Convention Compliance Certificate on the Blockchain developed with the Ministry of Trade and IMMIB is deemed worthy of the Jury Special Award within the scope of the 10th Logitrans Atlas Logistics Awards.
