Digital Customs Services has been founded as Dinamik Gümrük Müşavirliği Co. in 1999.
Güler Gümrük Müşavirliği Co. was established.
Dinamik Gümrük Müşavirliği Co. merged with Güler Gümrük Müşavirliği, forming GULER DINAMIK GÜMRÜK MÜŞAVİRLİĞİ in 2009.
DCS signs “Customs Consultants Professional Ethics Standards” prepared by TEID (Türkiye Etik ve Itibar Dernegi), the company management takes part in Anticorruption Working Group in Customs as founding members and DCS becomes a member of TEID later in the same year.
DCS assumes the task “Customs Solution Partner” at the TIMAKADEMI 2023 organisation initiated by Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) to shape the strategy, vision and objective of exporting companies, in line with Turkey’s 2023 export target of 500$ billion.
DCS participates in the UN Global 10th Principle Anniversary Event and creates the Company Code of Ethics and Business Conduct in the same year.
DCS becomes the sponsor of the Ethics Summit Event “Ideals and Realities.”
DCS sponsors the “Turkish – British Textile Sector Seminar and Meeting” and makes a presentation about the “Turkish Customs System and Textile” at the event co-organised by TGSD (Turkish Clothing Manufacturers’ Association and BCCT (British Chamber of Commerce in Turkey) in London.
DCS successfully passes the audit of TRACE International and receives the TRACE Certificate.
US Commercial Service, an American corporation, recommends DCS as a customs consultancy supplier in Business Services in Turkey.
OECD selects DCS as an example case as part of “B20 Collective Action Plan for Customs Anti-Corruption Guidelines.” 26 members of OECD Anti-Corruption Network for Central Asia & Eastern Europe handles the evaluation and selection process. DCS signs United Nations Global Compact as a global citizen.
Expanding fields of activity;
DCS establishes its sister company, Atez Software Technologies Inc., to integrate the supply chain, production, logistics and customs with an approach consisting of new generation technologies with the software developed for cross-border movement of goods, customs regime with economic impact, ERP integration, financing and accounting, horizontal and vertical integration and reporting solutions for 20 years.
Blockchain Trade Platform (BTP)
Logistics companies, trade companies, banks and customs consultancy companies join forces for Turkey’s first blockchain application in supply chain. Leading the consortium, DCS starts the development of new and national solutions for the use of blockchain in commerce on the national software company Atez’s and IBM’s Blockchain Platform.
DCS establishes Chain & Chain Ltd. in London for the development of BTP software.
Atez Software Technologies Inc. and Chain & Chain Ltd. are companies with 100% Turkish capital.
DCS publishes the first Communication on Progress Report (COP) as a guarantee to its commitment to the UN Global Compact.
At the Think Istanbul Summit, in the axis of success stories that make a difference. Dr. Kenan GÜLER – Chairman of the Board – explains the first and only national blockchain software of our country in its field.
Dr. Kenan GÜLER assumes the role of Vice Presidency of the Digitalization and Industry 4.0 Association.
Atez Software Technologies is approved as a R&D centre.
Blockchain Trade Platform enters the radar of the EU Blockchain Observatory and Forum and finds itself a place in World Blockchain Initiatives map.
