DCS, which has been operating in the Customs Brokerage sector since 1999, proceeds with the goal of creating value for our country and the customs brokerage profession, with its corporate management approach that adopts transparency and accountability as a principle in all its activities.

1999
Its activities as Dinamik Customs Consultancy started and took the name of Güler Dinamik Customs Consultancy in 2009.
2013
DCS signed “Customs Consultants Professional Ethics Standards” prepared by TEID.
Company Management is among the founding members of the Anti-Corruption in Customs Working Group and became a member of the Turkish Ethics and Reputation Association in the same year.
2014
DCS participates in the UN Global 10th Principle Anniversary Event. The Company Code of Ethics and Business Conduct was created in the same year.
2015
DCS successfully passes the training and audit process of TRACE International with the importance it attaches to trade based on transparency and trust, with its anti-bribery and anti-corruption approach, and received the TRACE Certificate.
US Commercial Service, an American corporation, recommends DCS as a customs consultancy supplier in Business Services in Turkey.
2016
OECD is selected DCS as an example case as part of “B20 Collective Action Plan for Customs Anti-Corruption Guidelines.”
26 members of OECD Anti-Corruption Network for Central Asia & Eastern Europe Working Group Advisory Council handles the evaluation and selection process.
DCS Experience in OECD 2016 Regional Report (OECD Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia/Business Integrity in Eastern Europe and Central Asia) “Integrity-building experience of Guler Dinamik Customs Consultancy Inc.” is published.
2017
DCS signed United Nations Global Compact as a global citizen.
Expanding fields of activity:
DCS cooperates with ATEZ Software Technologies Inc., which carries out groundbreaking activities in the sector by keeping up with digital transformation and using next-generation technologies in cross-border trade.
Atez Software Technologies Inc. has been using all new generation Technologies to integrate the supply chain, production, logistics and customs with an approach consisting of a new generation technologies with the software developed for cross-border movement of goods, customs procedures with economic impact, ERP integration, financing and accounting, horizontal and vertical integration and reporting solutions.
2018
The Communication on Progress Report (COP), which constitutes the guarantee of the commitment to the UN Global Compact, is published.
On the axis of success stories that make a difference at Think Istanbul Summit, Chairperson Dr. Kenan GÜLER presents about the first and only national Blockchain software of our country.
2019
ATEZ Software Technologies is approved as a R&D centre.
Blockchain Trade Platform is listed on Blockchain Initiatives Interactive Map of EU Blockchain Observatory & Forum.
The pilot project of obtaining the Certificate of Conformity for the Chemical Weapons Convention, developed together with the Ministry of Commerce and Istanbul Mines & Metals Exporters Association, on Blockchain, was deemed worthy of the Jury’s Special Award within the scope of the 10th Logitrans Atlas Logistics Awards.
2020
ATEZ took its place in Turkey’s largest companies engaged in R&D spending.
Digital HR transformation
Carries the new normally digital transformation into Human Resources and Procurement processes.
Aware of the need for a new generation, DCS initiates the Young Sherpa (Young Talent Management) Program.
Redesigning its services according to the requirements of the digital age, Güler Dinamik Customs Consultancy Inc. takes the name DCS Digital Customs Services as of 03.12.2020.
2021
ATEZ won the tender with the cooperation of the EBRD, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, taking part in the “Design of End-To-End Export Process (Within the Country) via Blockchain Technology” technical cooperation project. In order to use this technology in DCS business and transactions takes a big step. ATEZ takes a big step in order to use this technology in DCS business and operations.
DCS continues to add value to our country and the Customs consultancy profession with dynamic energy.
