Gender Equality

DCS considers gender equality to be a fundamental human right and an integral part of corporate sustainability. Policies supporting the empowerment of women in professional life and the equal representation of all gender identities form a core component of its corporate business approach.

Within this framework, DCS acts in line with the United Nations Global Compact (UN Global Compact) and, as of 2024, has strengthened its commitments to gender equality by signing the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs). These commitments are supported through monitoring and reporting mechanisms.

Our WEPs Membership

As of 2024, we signed the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), a joint initiative of UN Women and the UN Global Compact.

Within this framework, we have committed to:

  • Implementing the seven core principles aimed at empowering women in economic and social life,
  • Monitoring, improving, and transparently reporting our equality policies.

Equal Opportunity Commitment

DCS adopts the principle of providing equal opportunities to all employees and job applicants as a fundamental management approach. All employment-related decisions are made based on merit, competence and job requirements.

Our equal opportunity approach is integrated into all human resources practices, including recruitment, compensation, training and development, career management, and promotion processes. Equal access to training, development, and feedback mechanisms is ensured for all employees.

DCS considers this approach not only as an internal corporate practice but also as a corporate responsibility that should be embraced throughout its business partners and supply chain.
