Lack of up to date technologies in customs brokerage services caused labour loss, lost time and complex organization to work in to measure costs and business processes.

We understood the requests, needs, expectations and solution awaiting problems of our client clearly, and examined the problems by creating a Project team between DCS and Kale Group employees. Our team successfully identified the root cause of problems. The willingness of our customers to solve their problems has ensured the quick actions taken to solve these problems

About the Solution

The customs clearance process data meticulously followed by DCS in digital environment, has been integrated into Kale Group software. DCS has created a report and work tracking system that provides instant data flow specialised for Kale Group, which is available 24/7 on G-Online Portal and whose content is organised according to the Kale Group operations. Many reports such as Archive Tracking, Legal Affairs, Invoice Receipt Control & Tracking, GUM Card, KPI Cost Report are presented to Kale Group

About the Result

As a result of our effort Kale Group has gained the opportunity to monitor and manage business processes as a whole, including customs clearance procedures. In this way, many possible errors in document traffic related to foreign trade is prevented and business efficiency has reached its peak.
